What data we store

HappyGolfDays is a free-to-read golf news portal that does not require account registration. However, we may store limited personal data in the following cases:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, and message content when you use our contact form.
• Newsletter subscriptions: Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Saved searches: Search preferences you have saved on the Site.

How to request data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To submit a deletion request, please email us at info@happygolfdays.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".

In your email, please include enough information for us to identify your data (e.g. the email address you used on our site). We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.

What happens after deletion

Once your data has been deleted, we will no longer hold any personal information associated with your request. Please note that:

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
• Data required for legal compliance may be retained as permitted by law.

Facebook data deletion

If you connected to HappyGolfDays via Facebook or used Facebook Login, you can request deletion of your data associated with our app. To do so, email us at info@happygolfdays.com with the subject line "Facebook data deletion request". Please include the Facebook account or email address associated with your interaction.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. You can also remove our app's access through your Facebook app settings.
