Kaiserwinkl Golf Kossen - Larchenhof is an 18-hole par-72 course laid out on a flat valley basin in the Kaiserwinkl region at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. The course was designed with an environmentally sensitive approach and is comfortably walkable, with only gentle undulation across the layout. A small river crosses the fairways on four occasions, adding a recurring water element without making the round unduly penal. The fairways are generous in width but the course rewards precision, particularly on a sequence of three successive short par fours on the front nine and three consecutive par fives on the back. The dramatic Wilder Kaiser massif provides a constant backdrop throughout the round.
