Pannonia Golf & Country Club is set in the tranquil valley of Máriavölgy near Alcsútdoboz, around 30 to 40 minutes south-west of Budapest. The 18-hole, par-72 championship course stretches to 6,411 yards from the back markers and carries a course rating of 74.1 with a slope of 125, placing it firmly in the demanding tier for visiting amateurs. The layout was developed with expertise from Doug Carrick and Hans-Georg Erhardt and has hosted multiple European Golf Association-sanctioned events, including the 2013 European Senior Championship. The course benefits from its position between the Etyek wine region and the Alcsútdoboz Alcsut Estate, providing a distinctive Central European landscape backdrop.
