Golf de Bonmont

Chéserex, Lake Geneva & Valais, Switzerland

Golf de Bonmont in Chéserex is a parkland course of considerable character, set across 62 hectares of mature grounds that once formed part of a 12th-century Cistercian monastery estate. The 18-hole layout weaves through century-old trees, ornamental water features and gentle terrain shaped to offer views of Lake Geneva and, on clear days, Mont Blanc. The course has been progressively refined by successive architects since its original opening in the 1980s. Visitor access is limited primarily to weekday rounds, preserving the private-club atmosphere for members at weekends. The combination of historical setting, immaculate conditioning and scenery makes Bonmont one of the more distinctive clubs in the Lake Geneva region.
