Jack Nicklaus Course

Lake Geneva & Valais, Switzerland

The Jack Nicklaus Course at Golf Club Crans-sur-Sierre is a 9-hole layout that has earned recognition as the most beautiful nine holes in Switzerland on multiple occasions. Sharing the elevated Crans-Montana plateau with the flagship Ballesteros course, it offers the same dramatic Alpine panoramas in a more compact format. The nine holes were comprehensively transformed and relaunched in 1988 under the Jack Nicklaus name, and they present a genuine challenge rather than a mere warm-up loop. A handicap certificate is required, and the course is open seasonally from late spring through autumn, in keeping with its high-altitude setting.
