Parcours des Esserts

The Parcours des Esserts at Golf Club Verbier is an 18-hole mountain course beginning at around 1,800 metres above sea level in the Val de Bagnes, making it one of the highest full-length courses in the Swiss Alps. The layout descends across a series of natural terraces dotted with streams and natural hazards, finishing closer to 1,600 metres. At this altitude the air is thin and distances play differently, adding an extra dimension to an already technical test. The Combins massif and Mont Blanc provide a commanding backdrop throughout the round. A short shuttle connects the clubhouse to the first tee, and the course is open seasonally during the summer and early autumn months.
