Clwb Golff Nefyn
North Wales, Wales
Nefyn and District Golf Club, known locally as Clwb Golff Nefyn, occupies one of the most dramatic clifftop settings in Welsh golf, perched high above Cardigan Bay on the northern tip of the Lleyn Peninsula. The club plays over a total of 26 holes, including the famous Point course, which runs out along a narrow headland where the sea is visible — and in play — on both sides of several fairways. The main course is a classic links and clifftop hybrid, combining genuine seaside challenge with breathtaking panoramas across the bay. Nefyn is considered one of the hidden gems of Welsh golf and ranks among the most memorable playing experiences in Britain. Wind dictates play here from the first hole to the last.
