Morlais Castle Golf Club

Morlais Castle Golf Club is a distinctive and historic course near Merthyr Tydfil, set on the southern foothills of the Brecon Beacons and named after the thirteenth-century castle that overlooks the site. The eighteen-hole layout spans two very different environments: the front nine occupies the dramatic contours of a former limestone quarry, while the back nine ventures onto more open moorland at higher elevation. This contrast makes Morlais Castle one of the most architecturally varied and memorable courses in South Wales.
