Golf Club Ortenau e.V

Baden & Black Forest, Germany

Golf Club Ortenau is set in the Ortenau region of Baden, a stretch of the Upper Rhine Plain between Offenburg and Lahr that is better known for its Riesling vineyards and Black Forest backdrop than for golf. The club occupies the flat to gently rolling terrain of this wine-country landscape, where the Vosges mountains are visible to the west across the Rhine and the first Black Forest ridges rise to the east. The Ortenau is one of Baden's most picturesque wine districts, and a round at this club fits naturally into an itinerary that might also include visiting the many wine estates and historic market towns of the region.
