Golf de Strasbourg

Baden & Black Forest, Germany

Golf de Strasbourg is one of the oldest golf clubs in Alsace, with a history stretching back to 1935. The course was redesigned by American architect Bob Van Hagge, who shaped the layout to exploit the natural character of the site — integrating existing trees, valleys, hillocks, and ponds into a 27-hole woodland course spread across more than 120 hectares on the edge of the Rhine plain. No fewer than 13 bodies of water punctuate the fairways, making water management a recurring strategic concern throughout the round. The three loops of 9 holes can be played in various combinations, offering flexibility for different formats. Excellent practice facilities, including a driving range and short-game area, complement the main courses.
