Lenné Course

Berlin & Brandenburg, Germany

The Lenné Course is the second of the two 18-hole layouts at Der Märkische Golf Club, set alongside the Fontane Course west of Potsdam. It takes its name from Peter Joseph Lenné, the 19th-century Prussian landscape architect whose designed parks and gardens transformed much of the Potsdam region into the UNESCO-recognised cultural landscape it is today. The course shares the heathland and light forest terrain of its companion layout, though each offers a distinct routing experience. Together, the Fontane and Lenné courses make Der Märkische a meaningful destination for golfers who want to play 36 holes in a landscape steeped in Prussian heritage.
