The International Olympic Academy Course is one of two signature layouts designed by two-time Masters champion José María Olazábal at Navarino Hills, part of Costa Navarino near Pylos in Messinia, on the Greek Peloponnese. Opened in 2022, this 18-hole, par-72 course measures around 6,366 metres and is celebrated as the world's first International Olympic Academy golf course. The more polished of the two Navarino Hills layouts, it commands spectacular views across the Bay of Navarino and out to the Ionian Sea, framing many holes against the sweep of coastline and open water. Olazábal's strategic design makes the most of the elevated, rolling site, asking players to weigh risk and reward as the land falls and rises toward the horizon. The combination of refined shaping, a landmark identity and one of the finest panoramas in Greek golf gives the course a memorable, occasion-worthy character.
