Golf de Savenay

Brittany, France

Golf Bluegreen Savenay is a full 18-hole, par-73 course of 6,275 yards (approximately 5,738 metres) at Savenay in Loire-Atlantique, between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire on Brittany's southern fringe. Designed by Michel Gayon and opened in 1991, the course is built across a natural landscape of lakes and chestnut woodland, producing a layout that is both technically demanding and visually engaging. A 9-hole companion course, par 30 over some 1,260 yards, serves those seeking a shorter game. The club is operated by Bluegreen and is open to the public year-round. Savenay's location makes it a natural complement to a golf trip combining the Loire estuary region with Brittany's Morbihan, and the course's length and slope ensure it rewards serious players.
