Golf de Viltain Saint-Marc

Paris Region, France

Golf de Viltain Saint-Marc occupies a 52-hectare wooded estate in Jouy-en-Josas, in the Paris Region southwest of the capital, set within the grounds of the Château des Côtes. The 18-hole course, approved by the French Golf Federation and designed by architects Fromanger and Adam, weaves through rare and century-old trees with four hectares of natural lakes fed by underground springs providing the defining character of the layout. Significant elevation changes add variety and demand precise iron play into well-guarded greens. The practice facilities are extensive, including a large putting green, a short-game area with two approach greens, and 54 driving range bays, 18 of which are covered. Within easy reach of Paris via the A86 and N118, Saint-Marc combines a genuinely demanding parkland experience with exceptional natural surroundings rarely found this close to a major European capital.
